Keystone Chalet

Keystone is a newly built chalet located on the main street of Dinner Plain Alpine Village. With three bedrooms, two and half bathrooms. The main full bathroom is equipped with a sauna. This stunning self contained chalet sleeps maximum of 13 people. This property is very well suited for families with plenty of room along with a children’s retreat. Walking distance to the bus stop, beginners ski slope as well as the toboggan run with the nearby shops and restaurants. During summer, the tracks and trails are nearby for hikers and mountain bikers. Parking for two vehicles on site. Heating in all bedrooms as well as the slow combustion unit in the lounge area. Free wifi available. Keystone chalet will not disappoint.

Tariffs:

Summer 2025/2026: From 5 October to 2 April and 7 April to 7 June minimum 2 night stay $1075.00 per night.

Winter Low 2026: From 5 June to 11 July and 30 August to 3 October minimum 2 night stay $1510.00 per night

Winter High 2026: From 12 July to 29 August minimum 2 night stay $1615.00 per night.

Cancellations: Written notice of cancellation thirty days or more prior to arrival will incur a fee of 10% of total tariff. The balance of monies paid will be refunded. If less than thirty days notice is given no monies will be refunded unless the property can be re-booked. We recommend that you take travel insurance to cover against cancelation penalties due to involuntary cancelation. If cancelling due to Covid 19 there is a $100 administration with held.

Deposit: Deposit of 50% of total tariff is required within fourteen days of booking unless booking is made within thirty days of arrival then full payment is required on booking. Where deposit is unpaid after fourteen days, DPAMS reserves the right to cancel the booking without further notice. For Easter, Christmas, New Years, and the winter ski season, deposit of $400.00 is to be paid upon booking. Security Deposit: The person making the reservation and paying the require tariff to DPAMS is deemed responsible for care and security of the property during the period of their stay in the property. A security bond to paid prior to arrival with DPAMS prior to or on key collection. Any loss/damage to property and or fittings, excessive cleaning in accordance with cleaning time frames and or late checkout funds will used from bond. Security bond will be returned upon departure providing conditions of occupation have been met. We cannot allow you access to the property unless the conditions of this clause have been met.

Payments: Direct deposit, only.

Note: A $500 security bond (deposit) is required for for damage and excess cleaning.
