With 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms and a large indoor spa. Fully equipped kitchen, heating throughout and a gas log fire. Two bedrooms with a queen bed in each and third bedroom with one set of single bunk beds and two single beds. Parking available for 2 vehicles on site. Centrally located an easy walk to all amenities. Strictly no pets allowed and non smoking.

Winter Low 2026: From 5 June to 11 July and 30 August to 3 October. Minimum 2 night stay $1070 per night.

Winter High 2026: From 12 July to 29 August. Minimum 2 night stay $1180 per night.

Alpine Vision Chalet

This chalet is the perfect blend of contemporary design and with alpine charm. Only newly built in the alpine village of Dinner Plain. This freestanding, brand-new chalet comprises a highly considered two-level layout, offering three substantial bedrooms and a study.
The ground floor comprises an open-plan kitchen, meals, and living area with a contemporary fireplace. The open-plan living zone seamlessly connects with a perfectly orientated outdoor entertaining area for enjoyment in any season. It is the ideal spot for snowmen and drinks around the outdoor fire pit.
The highly considered kitchen is complemented by state-of-the-art appliances and finishes, making it the ultimate space for the finest high-county dinner parties with your family and friends.
The main bedroom is private and light-filled. It is conveniently situated on the ground floor, complemented by its own ensuite and has storage for days.
The first level features two further bedrooms, a generous central bathroom, and a clever study nook, providing the ultimate platform for working while you are away.

Tariffs:

Summer 2026: From 21 February to 2 April and 7 April to 4 June. Minimum 1 night stay $550.00 per night.

Easter 2026: From 3 April to 6 April. Minimum 3 night stay $600.00 per night.

Winter Low 2026: From 5 June to 11 June and 30 August to 3 October. Minimum 2 night stay $675.00 per night.

Winter High 2026: From 12 July to 29 August. Minimum 2 night stay $735.00 per night.

Brumby’s

Brumby’s is located in the heart of Dinner Plain. Walking distance to the snow park, beginners ski run, restaurants and shops. Brumby’s is perfect for large groups or a couple of families to enjoy the Victorian Alpine High Country and located in the snow line. Split over three levels with four bedrooms and a loft/ kids retreat, two bathrooms, open living, kitchen and dining which opens to large seated rear deck. Brumby’s has the space to be more than comfortable with plenty of on site parking.

This well appointed property has everything you need along with electric panel heating and wood fired heater to give the full experience you’re after winter or summer. With Mt Hotham only 12km away for the skiers, snow boarders and of course the cross country skiers Dinner Plain has a lot to offer with its unique architecture and family friendly surroundings. During the summer the tracks and trails are open for bush walking, 4wd, motor biking, mountain biking and fishing the nearby rivers. Free wifi available.

Tariffs:

Summer 2025/2026: From 28 September to 2 April and 7 April to 4 June. Minimum 2 night stay $970 per night.

Easter 2026: From 3 April to 6 April. Minimum 3 night stay $1000 per night.

Winter Low 2026: From 5 June to 11 July and 30 August to 3 October. Minimum 3 night stay $1135 per night.

Winter High 2026: From 12 July to 29 August. Minimum 3 night stay $1240 per night.

Cancellations: Written notice of cancellation thirty days or more prior to arrival will incur a fee of 10% of total tariff. The balance of monies paid will be refunded. If less than thirty days notice is given no monies will be refunded unless the property can be re-booked. We recommend that you take travel insurance to cover against cancelation penalties due to involuntary cancelation.

Deposit: Deposit of 50% of total tariff is required within fourteen days of booking unless booking is made within thirty days of arrival then full payment is required on booking. Where deposit is unpaid after fourteen days, DPAMS reserves the right to cancel the booking without further notice. For Easter, Christmas, New Years, and the winter ski season, deposit of $400.00 is to be paid upon booking. Security Deposit: The person making the reservation and paying the require tariff to DPAMS is deemed responsible for care and security of the property during the period of their stay in the property. A security bond to paid prior to arrival with DPAMS prior to or on key collection. Any loss/damage to property and or fittings, excessive cleaning in accordance with cleaning time frames and or late checkout funds will used from bond. Security bond will be returned upon departure providing conditions of occupation have been met. We cannot allow you access to the property unless the conditions of this clause have been met.

Payments: Direct deposit, only.

Note: A $500 security bond (deposit) is required for for damage and excess cleaning.
