Glacier chalet is centrally located within walking distance to the shops, restaurants, bus stops and beginners ski slope in the alpine village of Dinner Plain. Sleeps maximum of 8 people. Ground floor you’ll find , powder room, shower, laundry room, drying room. Then entering the cozy, lounge with enclosed wood fire, dining area and kitchen. Which leads out the deck where the BBQ is located. Upstairs you’ll find bedroom 1, with 2 sets of single bunk beds, bedroom 2 with a queen bed and bedroom 3 also a queen bed. Second bathroom is on this level with shower and vanity and separate toilet. A traditional style chalet with charm and character. Parking on site. Coch’Y’Bondhu is in a quiet courtyard backing onto the reserve. Just a short walk to the Dinner Plain ski run, cross country and mountain bike tracks and to the shops and restaurants. The bus stop to Mt Hotham is also a short distance away. The property has been updated with new floor coverings and a luxurious fully renovated bathroom. The ground floor consists of an entry/drying area. The kitchen, living and dining areas complete with slow combustion unit along with central heating of hydronic panels throughout. Upstairs you’ll find the main bedroom with the open mezzanine floor with a bunk bed and the bathroom along with a desk. Coch’Y’Bondhu sleeps a maximum of four people. This cabin is dog friendly upon application with a $100.00 non refundable dog fee. No more than two dogs please. Free wifi available.

Cancellations: Written notice of cancellation thirty days or more prior to arrival will incur a fee of 10% of total tariff. The balance of monies paid will be refunded. If less than thirty days notice is given no monies will be refunded unless the property can be re-booked. We recommend that you take travel insurance to cover against cancelation penalties due to involuntary cancelation. If cancelling due to Covid 19 there is a $100 administration with held.
Deposit: Deposit of 50% of total tariff is required within fourteen days of booking unless booking is made within thirty days of arrival then full payment is required on booking. Where deposit is unpaid after fourteen days, DPAMS reserves the right to cancel the booking without further notice. For Easter, Christmas, New Years, and the winter ski season, deposit of $400.00 is to be paid upon booking. Security Deposit: The person making the reservation and paying the require tariff to DPAMS is deemed responsible for care and security of the property during the period of their stay in the property. A security bond to paid prior to arrival with DPAMS prior to or on key collection. Any loss/damage to property and or fittings, excessive cleaning in accordance with cleaning time frames and or late checkout funds will used from bond. Security bond will be returned upon departure providing conditions of occupation have been met. We cannot allow you access to the property unless the conditions of this clause have been met.
