Split over three levels with master bedroom and ensuite on the third floor, living and kitchen on the second and remaining bedrooms and laundry on ground. Nice quiet part of town with plenty of snow play out side.
Tariffs:
Summer : 1st October 2018 to 18th April 2019. Minimum 2 night stay. $325 per night

Easter: from Friday 19th April to Saturday 27th April 2019. Min 3 night stay. $550 per night

Winter Low: 7th June to 13th July and 1st September to 29th September 2019. Minimum 2 night stay. $550 per night

Winter High: 14th July to 31st August 2019. Minimum 2 night stay. $800 per night

Summer 2019/2020: From 1st October to 9th April and 14th April to 4th June. Minimum 2 night stay. $325 per night

Easter 2020: From 10th April to 13th April. Minimum 3 night stay. $550 per night

Winter Low 2020: From 5th June to 11th July and 30th August to 2nd October. Minimum 2 night stay. $550 per night

Winter High 2020: From 12th July to 29th August. Minimum 2 night stay. $800 per night

$25 per dog per stay.

Cancellations: Written notice of cancellation thirty days or more prior to arrival will incur a fee of 10% of total tariff. The balance of monies paid will be refunded. If less than thirty days notice is given no monies will be refunded unless the property can be re-booked. We recommend that you take travel insurance to cover against cancellation penalties due to involuntary cancellation.

Security Deposit: The person making the reservation and paying the require tariff to DPAMS is deemed responsible for care and security of the property during the period of their stay in the property. A valid credit card number must be lodged with DPAMS prior to or on key collection. Any loss/damage to property and or fittings, excessive cleaning in accordance with cleaning time frames and or late checkout will result in the amount applicable being deducted from the credit card. If no credit card available, a cash deposit of $500.00 must be lodged with DPAMS prior to key collection. Security deposit will be returned upon departure providing conditions of occupation have been met. We cannot allow you access to the property unless the conditions of this clause have been met.
