This more traditional four bedroom property has got what most people want, ducted heating with large open fire place to keep you warm, rear deck with BBQ that looks out over reserve, great for the kids! this property is well appointed and has parking for 2+ cars.

Tariffs:
Summer: 29th September 2018 to 29th 18th April and 24th April to 6th June 2019. Minimum 2 night stay. $425 per night

Easter 2019: 19th April to 23rd April. Minimum 3 night stay. $670 per night

Winter Low: 7th June to 13th July to 1st September to 29th September 2019. Minimum 2 night stay $750 per night

Winter High: 14th July to 31st August 2019. Minimum 2 night stay. $1000 per night

Summer 2019/2020: From 1st October to 9th April and 14th April to 4th June. Minimum 2 night stay $425 per night

Easter 2020: From 10th April to 13th April. Minimum 3 night stay $670 per night.

Winter Low 2020: From 5th June to 11th July and 30th August to 2nd October. Minimum 2 night stay. $750 per night

Winter High 2020: From 12th July to 29th August. Minimum 2 night stay. $1000 per night.

Cancellations: Written notice of cancellation thirty days or more prior to arrival will incur a fee of 10% of total tariff. The balance of monies paid will be refunded. If less than thirty days notice is given no monies will be refunded unless the property can be re-booked. We recommend that you take travel insurance to cover against cancelation penalties due to involuntary cancelation.

Security Deposit: The person making the reservation and paying the require tariff to DPAMS is deemed responsible for care and security of the property during the period of their stay in the property. A valid credit card number must be lodged with DPAMS prior to or on key collection. Any loss/damage to property and or fittings, excessive cleaning in accordance with cleaning time frames and or late checkout will result in the amount applicable being deducted from the credit card. If no credit card available, a cash deposit of $500.00 must be lodged with DPAMS prior to key collection. Security deposit will be returned upon departure providing conditions of occupation have been met. We cannot allow you access to the property unless the conditions of this clause have been met.
