Gifford is located in the alpine village of Dinner Plain, centrally located.

Gifford is a spacious chalet ideal for large groups or families coming to enjoy the high country within the snow line. It has three bedrooms and a large loft accessed by stairs. The property is heated by a slow combustion unit and electric panel heaters throughout. It has a large open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The laundry, drying area are on the ground floor. A separate toilet and beside it is a bathroom with a corner spa bath with shower above and vanity. Out the back is a large deck, to enjoy the outdoors. On the second floor you'll find three bedrooms, two with queen beds and the third bedroom has a king bed which can be split into 2 singles. Up to the loft there are four single beds with a televsion/Dvd player, just perfect for children to retreat. Your furry friend is welcome for a $25 fee per dog per stay.

Winter low from 7 June to 13 July and 1 September to 29 September 2019. Minimum 2 night stay $875 per night

Winter high from 14 July to 31 August 2019. Minimum 2 night stay. $1000 per night

Summer from now to 19 April 2019 and then from 24 April to 6 June 2019. Minimum 2 night stay. $530 per night

Summer 2019/2020: From 1 October to 9th April and from 14 April to 4 June. Minimum 2 night stay. $530 per night

Easter 2020: 10 April to 13 April. Minimum 3 night stay. $670 per night

Winter Low 2020: From 5th June to 11 July and from 30 August to 2 October. Minimum 2 night stay. $875 per night

Winter High 2020: From 12 July to 29 August. Minimum 2 night stay $1000 per night

Cancellations: Written notice of cancellation thirty days or more prior to arrival will incur a fee of 10% of total tariff. The balance of monies paid will be refunded. If less than thirty days notice is given no monies will be refunded unless the property can be re-booked. We recommend that you take travel insurance to cover against cancellation penalties due to involuntary cancellation.

Deposit: Deposit of 50% of total tariff is required within fourteen days of booking unless booking is made within thirty days of arrival then full payment is required on booking. Where deposit is unpaid after fourteen days, DPAMS reserves the right to cancel the booking without further notice. For Easter, Christmas, New Years, and the winter ski season, deposit of $400.00 is to be paid upon booking.
