Eagle Rock Lodge

Eagle Rock Lodge is a large chalet suitable for everyone to enjoy. Located in Drybone Lane, an easy walk to the top of the local ski run, restaurants and shops. This chalet has recently been renovated and has a lot to offer. Relax after a day on the slopes and enjoy the open fire place in the sunken lounge. A larger property with big rooms and you're awarded plenty of space. You also have the added bonus of plenty of on site parking right at the front door.

Tariffs:
Summer: 1st October 2018 to 18th April and 24th April to 6th June 2019. Minimum 2 night stay. $425 per night.

Easter 2019: 19th April to 23rd April. Minimum 3 night stay. $670 per night

Winter Low : 7th June to 13th July and 1st September to 29th September 2019. Minimum 2 night stay. $750 per night

Winter High : 14th July to 31st August 2019. Minimum 2 night stay. $1000 per night

Summer 2019/2020: From 30th September to 9th April and then from 14th April to 4th June. Minimum 2 night stay. $425 per night

Easter 2020: From 10th April to 13th April. Minimum 3 night stay $670 per night

Winter Low 2020: From 5th June to 11th July and 30th August to 3rd October. Minimum 2 night stay. $750 per night

Winter High 2020: From 12th July to 29th August Minimum 2 night stay. $1000 per night

Cancellations: Written notice of cancellation thirty days or more prior to arrival will incur a fee of 10% of total tariff. The balance of monies paid will be refunded. If less than thirty days notice is given no monies will be refunded unless the property can be re-booked. We recommend that you take travel insurance to cover against cancelation penalties due to involuntary cancelation.

Security Deposit: The person making the reservation and paying the require tariff to DPAMS is deemed responsible for care and security of the property during the period of their stay in the property. A valid credit card number must be lodged with DPAMS prior to or on key collection. Any loss/damage to property and or fittings, excessive cleaning in accordance with cleaning time frames and or late checkout will result in the amount applicable being deducted from the credit card. If no credit card available, a cash deposit of $500.00 must be lodged with DPAMS prior to key collection. Security deposit will be returned upon departure providing conditions of occupation have been met.

Deposit: Deposit of 50% of total tariff is required within fourteen days of booking unless booking is made within thirty days of arrival then full payment is required on booking. Where deposit is unpaid after fourteen days, DPAMS reserves the right to cancel the booking without further notice. For Easter, Christmas, New Years, and the winter ski season, deposit of $400.00 is to be paid upon booking
